Sessions are $250 for a 55-minute appointment, with longer sessions available upon request. A free consultation is offered to ensure a good fit before beginning.

Dr. Howard sees clients on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, with both in-person sessions at Counseling Associates (165 Rt 6A/Cranberry Highway, Orleans, MA) and telehealth sessions available through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Dr. Howard does not accept insurance, and payment is due at the time of each session. She is happy to provide invoices for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

For clients with Medicare and secondary Medex insurance, Medex typically reimburses the full fee, resulting in no out-of-pocket cost.
